1. Identification and Check-In / Check-Out

Identification
Upon check-in, guests must present a valid official ID:

• Mexican guests: INE

• Foreign guests: Passport or residency document

The same credit or debit card used to make the reservation must be presented.

Schedule

• Check-in: From 4:00 p.m.

• Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m.

• Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is subject to availability and an additional charge.

2. Occupancy and Family Policy

The maximum occupancy for each room or suite is based on its configuration.

• Children 0–4 years: No charge

• Children 5–12 years: Charge applies depending on the season

• Juniors (13–15 years): Fixed additional charge

Minor Identification

• Mexican minors: CURP or birth certificate

• Foreign minors: Passport

Minors unaccompanied or traveling with third parties: Notarized authorization from both parents, including full details and dates of stay, is required.
Check-in will not be allowed without complete documentation.

3. Payment Methods and Guarantees

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• A charge will be made before arrival according to the cancellation policy.
• If the card is declined, our team will contact you to provide an alternative method of payment. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled without notice.

4. Smoking Policy

Plaza Pelicanos Club is a 100% smoke-free property.

• Smoking is prohibited in rooms, public areas, and hallways.
• A cleaning and reconditioning penalty of $2,000 MXN will apply.
• Designated smoking areas are available (please respect your lungs—and everyone else’s).

5. Pet Policy

Bring your best four-legged friend!

• Pets are welcome upon request and subject to availability.
• Please refer to our Pet Friendly Program.

6. Additional Services

Parking

• For cars only; motorcycles, ATVs, buggies, etc. are not allowed

• Available 24 hours

Room Service (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)

• Included in the All-Inclusive plan

• 15% service fee not included

Extras Upon Request

• Extra bed, additional adult/child, event decorations, wheelchair, crib (free)

• Late check-out (subject to availability)

Non-refundable

• Nights not used due to early departure

7. All-Inclusive Plan

• Includes unlimited food and beverages at the restaurant and via room service.

Note: 15% service charge not included.

8. Group Reservations

• Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered group reservations.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is required.
• Special deposit and cancellation terms will be defined by our team. Without a deposit, the group reservation will be canceled.

9. Beach and Ocean Notice

• Federal Zone: The beach and ocean are not hotel property.
• All beach and ocean activities are done at the guest’s own risk.
• The hotel is not responsible for any incidents or accidents outside the hotel premises.

10. Spa Policies

• Services at Plaza Pelicanos Club Spa are available for an additional cost.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to ensure punctuality and comfort.
